PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fluttering and breakage by forming a cushioning material on a roof substrate, and forming a hard roof material on the cushioning material. SOLUTION: This fitting structure is formed with a hard roof material A, a cushioning material B, a roof substrateα, and a fixing toolβ, and the roof substrateαis constituted of an existing roof material, particularly a new tile roof having steps, a slate roof, or a new roof. The cushioning material B made of a cushioning foam sheet is mounted on the roof substrateαto absorb the steps of the roof substrateα. A hard roof material A made of a cement board or a calcium carbonate board is installed on the cushioning material B, and the hard roof material A is molded with a decorative face into a nearly square plate shape. The hard roof material A is not broken by the weight of a person, and the dew condensation on the back face can be prevented.
