PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance controllability by making a horizontal angle and a downward angle, through which a driver looks at a side mirror, as small as possible, and enhance productivity with assembly properties made excellent. SOLUTION: The upper part of an over-fender 4 detachably mounted to a body 1, is made high enough in such a way that the over-fender is in a range of a definite downward angleθwith respect to the height of each eye of a driver, and a side mirror 2 is thereby mounted onto the upper part of the over fender 4. By this constitution, a horizontal angleαcan be made small, and the side mirror 2 can be installed thereto regardless of the body 1, a horizontal angleαand a downward angleθcan be made as small as possible, through which a driver looks at the side mirror, so as to allow controllability to be well maintained, and the side mirror 2 can be mounted independently regardless of the assembly of various equipment in the inside of an engine room, so that productivity can be enhanced.
