<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized valve which reduces possibility of damage of an annular projected part formed of an elastic materiel. SOLUTION: This valve equipped with the valve seat 22 having an annular projected part 22ba and the valve element 21 is provided with a ring 27 which is movably arranged in a longitudinal direction against a valve element 21 and partitions the inside of a valve into a front side pressure chamber 28 and a rear side pressure chamber 29, a step difference part 7d engagable with the ring 27, a second flange part 21ab which is arranged on the valve element 21 and also is engagable with the ring 27, a first channel 31, and a second channel 30 having a larger channel cross sectional area than the first channel 31.</p> |
