PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform idling speed control and assist air control by making intake air flow out to a first outflow passage when a cylindrical part of a valve element is separated from the first outflow passage, and making intake air flow out to a second outflow passage when a plane part of the valve element is separated from the second outflow passage. SOLUTION: An air flow control valve 100 is connected between by-pass passages 210, 220 making a detour around an intake throttle valve, and the flow rate of by-pass air is controlled by the valve 100 to control idling speed of an engine. In this fluid control valve 100, in the case of a shaft 130 being moved to the left, a cylindrical part 122 of a valve 120 is separated from a seat part to communicate an inflow passage 113 with a first outflow passage 116. When the shaft 130 is moved to the right, a plane part 124 of the valve 120 comes in contact with a seat part 118 at the end face of a passage 115a so as to cut off communication between the inflow passage 113 and a second outflow passage 115 in a pipe 114 for supplying assist air to the vicinity of a nozzle of a fuel injection valve. |
