PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow pedestrians to surely confirm the existence of a crosswalk or an intersection by providing a synthetic resin layer mixed with the aluminate of an alkaline earth metal which is an oxide phosphor on the surface of a porcelain tile. SOLUTION: This tile raw material 10 is made of nonglazed porcelain, and it is formed into a nearly square shape. Display sections 20 are convexly protruded, groove sections 20a having a nearly V-shaped cross section are formed, and a white paint is applied to a bottom face to form a substrate layer. When the white paint is dried, a synthetic resin mixed with a luminous phosphor is filled, and a synthetic resin layer 30 is formed and dried. A water paint is used for the white paint, and the aluminate of an alkaline earth metal, i.e., strontium aluminate, is used for the luminous phosphor. The surface section of the synthetic resin layer 30 may be recessed against the surface section of the tile raw material 10. A guide display pavement stone A1 is arranged at a portion on a pavement, and it is fixed by mortar. The existence of the pavement stone A1 can be easily confirmed visually in darkness at night. |
