PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic aliphatic polyester coated film which has good antiblocking property and excellent durability of the effect of a coating film. SOLUTION: An aliphatic polyester film which comprises an aliphatic polyester resin composition containing 0.1-2 pts.wt. at least one kind of an additive selected from the group consisting of a lubricant and an antiblocking agent per 100 pts.wt. aliphatic polyester has a coating film formed by coating at least one surface of the aliphatic polyester film with a coating solution which comprises a fluorine-based antistatic agent containing at least one kind of a group selected from the group consisting of a perfluoroalkyl group and a perfluoroalkenyl group in a molecule.
