FIELD: protective coatings. SUBSTANCE: composition containing aqueous emulsion of polyester and/or polyacrylate resin and liquid organic polyisocyanate component with free isocyanate groups is distinguished by that indicated emulsion is dissolved in organic solvent and is insoluble in water, contains no carboxylates and sulfonates, is characterized by content of hydroxyl groups from 2.5 to 8 wt %, stabilized with emulsifier added to polyester or to polyacrylate component, and also, once polyisocyanate component added, composition is ready to use within limited time and can be hardened by cross-linking reactions.
