PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an external agent capable of promoting health by applying over the sole of a foot, especially removing spots and nevi developed at face, arm and the other parts of a body by mixing a purified horse oil with a starch for a preparation. SOLUTION: This external agent consisting of a horse oil as a main component is prepared by containing a purified oil and fat (hereinafter called as the horse oil) obtained by heating for melting a horse fat and then cooling as the main component. Further, the mixing ratio of the horse oil to the starch is preferably made as (50:50) (weight ratio), and as a method for its application, it is preferable to massage an applied surface over the whole sole of a foot after taking a bath and before going to bed, while feeling meridian points in the sole and giving a stimulation thereto. |
