PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treating tool which can suppress amt. of bending of a probe and can ensure a stable coagulation/abscission ability and can improve durable strength of the probe. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic treating tool is provided with a hand piece 4 with a built-in ultrasonic oscillator, a probe transmitting the ultrasonic oscillation in the above described ultrasonic oscillator to a treating part 29 and a holding member 41 facing to the treating part 29 of this prove and holding biotissues between it and the above described treating part 29. In this case, the value of crosssectional index of the treating part 29 of the above described probe is made larger at the base end side part than at the apex side part of the treating part 29 to suppress amt. of bending of the probe when the biotissues is held between the holding member 41 and the treating part 29 of the probe facing to this. |
