发明名称 ORIENTED RESIN FILM EXCELLENT IN PRINTABILITY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the offset printing properties, and ink dryability and transferability by using a resin composition containing a specified calcium carbonate powder and a thermoplastic resin as a base material. SOLUTION: Calcium carbonate particles having an oil absorption measured according to JIS K 5101-1991 of 70-200 ml/100 g, preferably 100-200 ml/100 g, and a mean particle diameter of 0.01-10 &mu;m, preferably 0.1-5 &mu;m, in an amount of 20-65 wt.% are blended with a thermoplastic resin comprising, e.g. a propylene resin having a melt flow rate (JIS K7210, at 230'C under a load of 2.16 kg) of 0.5-50 g/10 min, a degree of crystallization of at least 20% and a melting point of 150-190 deg.C, in an amount of 80-35 wt.%, preferably 70-50 wt.% to give a resin composition. This composition is formed into a film, and the film is stretched at least 1.3-fold, preferably 4- to 12-fold, at a temperature lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin by 3-150 deg.C to give an oriented resin film having a density of 0.2-1.1 g/cm<3> , a Bekk smoothness of 50-10,000 sec and a thickness of 20-350 &mu;m, preferably 35-200 &mu;m.
