PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly safe antimicrobial wet tissue which makes it possible to obtain a high sterilization capability and uniform sterilization effect without using alcohols, maintains the sterilization effect for long, does not induce the roughening of the skin, etc., in spite of long-term use and has no problems in spite of injection oral administration. SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric contg. 10 to 100 wt.% cellulose fibers is impregnated with an aq. soln. contg. polylysine and/or its salt and glyceric fatty acid ester at 0.5 to 5 times weight to the nonwoven fabric in this sterille wet tissue. The aq. soln. contains the polylysine in a range of 0.01 to 1 wt.% and the glyceric fatty acid ester of 0.1 to 5 wt.%. The polylysine is ε-polylysine and the glyceric fatty acid ester may be caprylic acid or the monoester of at least one fatty acid among either of the caprylic acid and lauric acid, and glycerin. |
