PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient lever manipulation in a narrow space between instrument panels. SOLUTION: An operating lever 2 actuating a brake operating part or an accelerator operating part, is erected on a floor between a driver's seat and a front passenger seat, and the arm lower half part of the operating lever 2 is composed of link plates 21, 22 extending in parallel in a vertical direction. The arm upper half part 23 of the operating lever 2 is bent in an L shape, and the front and rear ends of the lower sides thereof are connected to the upper ends of the link plates 21, 22, respectively. When the operating lever 2 is operated, the link plates 21, 22 are inclined and fall down greatly, however, the arm upper half part 23 can retain its upright attitude by the link plates 21, 22 which form a parallel link. |
