PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive resin composition having a long utilization time and excellent in adhesion, heat resistance, and water resistance. SOLUTION: This adhesive resin composition mainly comprises a polyester- polyurethane having a number average mol.wt. of 8,000-100,000 and an epoxy resin contg. not less than 2 epoxy groups in one molecule, and the acid value of the polyester-polyurethane is in the range of 100-1,000 equivalent/10<6> g, and not more than 20 wt.% of the resin has a number average mol.wt. of not greater than 5,000. The adhesive film is obtd. therefrom. |
