PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve strength and workability by mounting an upper frame base to which an appliance is fitted, slidably in the front and rear direction, on a lower frame base fixed to a concrete foundation of a building. SOLUTION: An inverted L-shaped lower frame base 1 is fixed on a concrete foundation 13 of a building and appliances such as a gas hot-water supply appliance 14 are fixed to an upper frame base 4. And the legs 5 of the upper frame base 4 are put on the mounting place 3 of the lower frame base 1 and fastened with bolts or the like. In this time, the distance from the building wall face 18 is adjusted by sliding the frame base 4 by an oval hole for sliding provided in the legs 5. Then, a city water pipe 20, a gas pipe 21, and a hot-water supply pipe 22 are connected to the hot-water supply appliance 14, in a piping space at the lower part of the appliance 14. In this way, since the appliance is supported by not the external wall of a building but the foundation, operational noise and vibration can be avoided. And damage of ALC walls or the like can be minimally reduced. And since the relation with the works of an outside ditch is disconnected, the maintenance of embedded pipes is facilitated and further, as mutual relations of construction processes are reduced, the execution works can easily cope with the alteration of piping. |
