PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation until a spacer is adhered and hardened and to simplify the production process by enabling double glazing glass to be stacked flat even during a curing period by burying plural spacer pieces in a thermoplastic spacer. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin spacer 4 as the primary seal is arranged in the whole periphery of one side glass plate 2 of a double glazing glass 1 and softened by heating. Secondly, an opening part of a spacer piece 3 having a U-shaped section is buried in the resin spacer 4 from the inner peripheral surface side of the resin spacer 4. Subsequently, two glass plates 2, 2' and the resin spacer 4 are closely adhered to each other, and dried and hardened. Then, an aluminium-made spacer of the peripheral edge part of the double glazing glass plate is replaced by the resin spacer 4 to secure heat insulation in the vicinity of the spacer 4. Accordingly, deformation until the resin spacer 4 is adhered and hardened can be easily prevented. Thus, stack storage is enabled, and after hardening of the resin spacer 4, deformation caused by loading and placing at the time of transport can be prevented. |
