FIELD: cellular communication systems. SUBSTANCE: cellular radio communication system has cellular radio network establishing communications by means of cellular-terminal communication line and device maintaining open communication channel for holding communication line open within predetermined period upon completion of communication with cellular terminal. Cellular terminal user can accordingly continue access to cellular radio network within predetermined time by using open communication line. Cellular radio communication system can have, in addition, parametric unit allotting predetermined functions to cellular terminal coupled with cellular radio network. Device maintaining open communication line usually has timer and coupled controller to start reading and checking predetermined time. In addition, either cellular terminal proper or radio network coupled to it may be provided with communication line maintaining device.
