PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light and flexible polyurethane foam having excellent damping properties such as <=-10 dB transmission rate of vibration at 250-450 Hz frequency and <=-20 dB transmission rate of vibration at 500-1000 Hz frequency. SOLUTION: This flexible polyurethane foam is obtained by carrying out the reaction of a polyol composition with an organic polyisocyanate composition in the presence of a foaming agent, a crosslinking agent, a foam stabilizer, a catalyst and other additive. The polyol composition contains at least 10 wt.% polyoxyalkylene polyol having 2-8 hydroxyl groups, 3,000-20,000 molecular weight, and at least one side chain having no activated hydrogen at the end and 300-7000 molecular weight based on the polyol composition. |
