<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably quicken responsiveness to open/close fingers by opening/closing the fingers by current-carrying to a linear motor. SOLUTION: A linear motor 3 has a cylindrical case 10 composed of a magnetic substance fitted to and inserted into a cylinder hole 2a, a bobbin 11 of a nonmagnetic substance on its inside, plural coils 12 and 12 wound round this and a magnet driving body 18 to reciprocate in the bobbin 11, and the coils 12 and 12 are mutually wound in the opposite direction. A housing 13 and a bobbin pressing-down member 14 to come into contact with a shaft directional end surface of the bobbin 11, are fitted to and installed on both ends of the case 10. A current-carrying quantity to these coils 12 and 12 is adjusted by a controller 15. Therefore, since a pair of fingers 5 and 5 are opened/closed by the linear motor 3, responsiveness of the fingers 5 is remarkably improved.</p> |
