PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid device capable of easily and certainly opening an opening and closing lid with respect to a lid main body. SOLUTION: A lid device 20 is equipped with the lid main body 21 mounted on a container main body 11 and the opening and closing lid 23 attached to the lid main body 21 in a freely movable manner. A plate rubber 50 is provided to the movable part between the lid main body 21 and the opening and closing lid 23. The lid main body 21 has an outer frame 33 and the upper plates 27a, 27b connected to the outer frame 33 through a stepped part 28 having a taking- out port 24 formed thereto and the notch part 91 falling downward from the outer frame 33 is provided to the outer frame 33 of the lid main body 21. The vertical plate 90 separated from the outer frame 33 is provided in the notch part 91. The engaging projection 79 engaged with the engaging piece 32 of the opening and closing lid 23 is provided to the vertical plate 90.
