PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to sustain lubrication performance by applying a solvent for lubricate coating prepd. by dissolving an alternate copolymer of maleic anhydride and methyl vinyl ether, a urethane resin and a crosslinking agent polyol at prescribed ratios into an org. solvent on the surface of a base material for a medical treatment implement, thereby forming a uniform film. SOLUTION: The solvent for the lubricative coating prepd. by dissolving the copolymer of the maleic anhydride and the methyl vinyl ether, the urethane resin and the crosslinking agent polyol at the prescribed ratios into the org. solvent is applied on the surface of the base material for the medical treatment implement, by which the uniform film is formed. The polyol is formed of polypropylene glycol and the org. solvent of tetrahydrofuran. The solvent for lubricative coating is formed at a liquid temp. of <=20 deg.C and the liquid surface of the base material for the medical treatment implement is immersed or coated in or with the solvent for lubircative coating at <=20 deg.C in the liquid temp. at the time of coating application on the surface of the base material for the medical treatment implement, by which the uniform film is formed. |
