<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent untreated, polluted air from flowing outside and to improve operability. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of soil purifying units 10, a water spray unit 12, and a polluted air introducing unit 14, and these are arranged to form multi-stages. Each of the units 10 has a soil vessel 10a and a soil bed 10b. The soil vessel 10a has an air impermeable side face part 100a formed into a prism and a bottom surface part, and the bottom surface part has air permeability. The water spray unit 12 is mounted on the uppermost stage of the multi-stages of soil purifying unit 10 and has an upper cover vessel 12a whose lower end is open, a water spray shower 12b, and a venting port 12c. The polluted air introducing unit 14 is arranged below the lowermost stage of the malti-stages of soil purifying unit 10, and has a lower cover vessel 14a whose upper part is open, a polluted air introducing pipe 14b, and a sprayed water discharge pipe 14c.</p> |
