<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly inject powder of a neutralizer into a flue of a stack gas treatment system. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that the neutralizer of SO3 is injected into the flue 6a of the stack gas treatment system to denitrify the stack gas after a high sulfur containing fuel is burned at a boiler, to recover heat with an air heater, then to feed to an electric dust collector via the flue 6a to remove the dust, and further to desulfurize. In this case, a plurality of flow straightening plates 12, 13 are arranged in the flue 6a and a neutralizer injection means 14 for injecting the neutralizer into the stack gas is formed on the flow straightening plates 12, 13.</p> |
