PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To liquefy carbon dioxide with a simple operation to separate and recover from a high temp. high pressure fluid produced by a supercritical water oxidation treatment. SOLUTION: A water separation vessel 8, into which the produced fluid in the supercritical water oxidation reactor 1 is introduced, a 1st heat exchanger 6 and a pressure reducing valve 7 for adjusting to a condition that carbon dioxide does not liquefied, but water is liquefied by cooling the fluid introduced into the water separating vessel 8 and reducing the pressure, a carbon dioxide separating vessel 14, into which the fluid separated from water in the water separating vessel 8 is introduced, a 2nd heat exchanger 12 and a pressure reducing valve 13 for adjusting to a condition that carbon dioxide is liquefied by cooling the fluid to be introduced into the carbon dioxide separating vessel 14 and reducing the pressure and a discharging mean for recovering the liquefied carbon dioxide obtained by gas-liquid separating in the carbon dioxide separating vessel 14, are provided. |
