FIELD: technical safety systems for mechanisms, machines and equipment with moving members, which area, which is dangerous for inadvertent passing into it. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary setting of two threshold values for each of selected characteristics of device operations. When monitored parameter exceeds first threshold value, device operations are suspended. Upon given time, device operations are resumed and each of monitored values of device operations are compared both to first and second threshold values.
