PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately produce and store the debugging information on occurrence of plural faults while suppressing the increase of capacity of a hard disk device by acquiring the debugging information if a debugging information file is stored, suppressing the debugging information into data and deleting the debugging information file after a compressed debugging information file is generated. SOLUTION: A hard disk device 25 is retrieved and it's decided that a debugging information file 25F is stored. Under such conditions, the debugging information stored in the file 25F is acquired. Then a compressed debugging information file 25CF is generated in the device 25 while the debugging information is compressed into data and stored. The file 25F is deleted after the file 25CF is generated. Thus, it's possible to accurately generate and store the debugging information on the occurrence of plural faults while the increase of capacity of the device 25 is suppressed and also the device 25 is effectively used. |
