PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when an abnormality such as a service interruption, etc., occurs on a system power supply at night by a method wherein, when the abnormality in the system power supply is detected by a system power supply monitoring means, a lighting operation is practiced by utilizing a power stored in a power storing means. SOLUTION: When an abnormality such as a service interruption, etc., occurs in a system power supply 4, a system power supply monitoring means 6 detects the abnormality and informs a power storing means 5 and an indicator 3A of the abnormality. The power storing means 5 outputs a stored DC power to a power conditioner 2. After the DC power is converted into a power for driving the power conditioner 2 and the indicator 3A, a part of the power is outputted to the indicator 3A to light an emergency light bulb 10. With this constitution, the abnormality in the system power supply 4 can be recognized quickly and, further, if the abnormality in the system power supply 4 occurs at night, the lighting effect of the emergency light bulb 10 enables an action coping with the abnormality of the system power supply 4 without interference and quickly. |
