PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar receiver and a phase error correction circuit in which linearity can be compensated among a plurality of frequency converted receiving signals using an orthogonal signal. SOLUTION: RF signals A, B received by antennas (not shown) are mixed through mixers 2, 3 with I and Q signals generated from a 90 deg. hybrid 1 and converted into intermediate frequency signals which are then subjected to digital conversion through A/D converters 5, 6 and delivered as digital I and Q signals to a post-stage signal processing system (not shown). A phase error detection circuit 7 detects a phase error dθindicative of the shift from 90 deg. of the phase difference between the digital I and Q signals. A phase error correction circuit 8 inputs a phase shift code for correcting the phase error dθto a phase shifter 4 which regulates the phase of the intermediate frequency signal outputted from the mixer 3.
|
