PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an image forming device equipped with a means accelerating the electrification of toner supplied to a photoreceptor drum so that a fogging phenomenon is prevented and an image having clear constrast is obtained in a magnetic one-component developing system. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a developing housing 40, a developing sleeve 50, a magnet roller 51 and a regulating member 60. The part of the sleeve 50 facing to the member 60 is formed of a friction member 70. Magnetic toner is stored inside of the housing 40. The cylindrical sleeve 50 is fixed in the housing 40 adjacently to the photoreceptor drum 6 and a toner image is formed on the drum 6. The roller 51 is rotatably provided in the roller 50 along the sleeve 50. The member 60 provided proximately to the outside surface of the sleeve 50 at least over the width of the sleeve 50 so as to regulate the thickness of the magnetic toner on the sleeve 50. The member 70 is provided in a belt state over the width of the sleeve 50. An insulating body such as foaming resin is suitable as the material of the member 70.
