PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tower building block mechanism portable as a unit, and enable the stacking and retention of apparatus modules, by equipping each of blocks in a pair with the first and second panels spaced apart in parallel to each other, and forming a slender channel open part in this spacing locking and unlocking the finger segment of a latch element. SOLUTION: When the fastening latch 35 of a right above block 40 is attached to the panel of other block, it is inverted from its normal position. Then, an outer panel 41 facing outside of the block unit that the block 40 relates to, and an inner panel 42 facing inside of a rack are set up once. A sliding latch 43 similar to the latch 35 is moved manually between latch position and unlatch position. The sliding latch 43 and a cam lever 44 are both retained between panels 41 and 42 when the block 40 is set up. This mechanism is made in such block constitution that the electric communication between modules or the mutual connection of power can be interlocked with other block only on proper side. |
