PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make executable transfer, etc., with a simple labor without opening a new account by connecting a master card of a registered account to a host computer which stores the account information and transaction information of a secondary card, identifying the kind of a presented card and executing transaction in accordance with the kind. SOLUTION: For instance, when a secondary card is made for sending money, when a user selects paying setting, a main controlling part 11 shows the content on a display panel 6 if the existing setting data exists in the account information. When the paying limitation amount is set, the term of validity for the payment of the limited amount and a password are set. The part 11 sends all of the set contents including the password to a host computer through a transmission controlling part 20, collates them with account information of the account which is preliminarily stored and issues the secondary card. It identifies which a card that is presented for transaction is between a master card and the secondary card and carries out the transaction of content that corresponds to the kind of an identified card. |
