PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a record medium which have regional restrictions by recording data to be reproduced which are to be reproduced and medium region codes for controlling whether the reproducing of data to be reproduced is possible or not in every region in a standard television system without exception. SOLUTION: A record medium 1 is constituted of a read-in area, an extra area and a read-out area in the order from the innermost peripheral part and the outmost peripheral becomes an outer circumferential edge. The read-in area is constituted of a reference signal part in which reference codes are stored, a control data part, a rewritable prerecorded data part from the innermost peripheral part and in the reference signal part and the control data part, data are recorded in rugged forms at the time of a manufacturing. Moreover, data are recorded at the time of producing a master plate next to a VFO area for correcting the influence of the rotational unevenness of a disk motor and region codes dividing the world into six regions are arranged. Since data are recorded on the record medium in fine rugged forms, the data are stably recorded without being degraded. |
