PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary inventory by collecting the set number of a reference storage inventory number that can optionally be set in every column and sales number data and setting the reference storage inventory number of each column according to the irreducible minimum inventory number data of each column which is decided based on those data. SOLUTION: A vending machine 1 measures the number of sold products by a sensor 4 and stores measured sales data 5 and a reference storage inventory number 6 of each column in a storage unit 7. A service car 2 collects the inventory control data by a portable terminal 10 for optical communication and sends it from a radio transmitter 11. A management center 3 performs data processing of the data by a personal computer 14 for information processing, stores the irreducible minimum inventory number in a personal computer 13 for information storage and also stores it as reference storage inventory data number data in the terminal 10 for optical communication. It sends the reference storage inventory number data to the machine 1 through the optical communication and updates reference storage inventory number data that is set to the machine 1. |
