PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily inform the arrival of a mail or the like, without the use of a personal computer by providing an interface for linking a telephone and a facsimile as an access means from a user. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of an LAN 1 of an intra-company intranet, a mail server 2 for receiving mail, a mail transfer protocol 3, an electronic mail access server 4 for controlling an access processing to the electronic main by the telephone and the facsimile, an electronic mail access system 5 for supporting mail access by the user, a telephone set 11 and a fax equipment 12, etc. In this way, the interface for linking the telephone and the facsimile is provided as access means from the user. Thus, the arrival means state of the intra-company mail is confirmed by voice only by telephone to the mail server 2 of the intra-company intranet, a mail list or mail contents are referred to and furthermore, a reply processing is performed by voice. |
