摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a minimum band for each connection while storing a plurality of connections in a same buffer and to improve the operating efficiency of an output channel. SOLUTION: At the arrival of data of a connection (i) to a node equipment NO, a virtual time calculation section 50 calculates a virtual time (v). Then a transmission end schedule time calculation section 60 calculates a transmission end schedule time Fi to update the value of the data arrival time Ri into the arrival time of data entered this time, that is, the calculated current virtual time (v) and the transmission end schedule time Fi into the transmission end schedule time of data entered this time respectively. Then an abort discrimination section 70 discriminates whether or not a relation of v+Ti <Fi is established among the virtual time (v), the transmission end schedule time Fi calculated above and an abort threshold value Ti . When the relation above is established, the F1 is restored to the value before the update and entered data are aborted. When not established, the entered data are stored in a buffer 20.</p>
