发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF POSITIVE ELECTRODE MATERIAL FOR LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode material whose manufacturing time is shortened without deteriorating battery performance and which is excellent in economical efficiency by setting a temperature rising and/or temperature lowering speed at baking time of lithium manganate (LiMn2 O4 ) not less than a specific value. SOLUTION: A temperature rising and/or temperature lowering speed is set not less than 150 deg.C/min. It is desirable that heat treatment is performed at 600 to 1000 deg.C after baking and is held for one hour or more. Manganese dioxide, dimanganese trioxide and oxymanganese hydroxide can be used as a manganese raw material of lithium manganate, but it is desirable to be manganese dioxide. A lithium carbonate, a lithium nitrate and lithium hydroxide are cited as a lithium raw material of lithium manganate, but it is desirable to be a lithium carbonate. The lithium and manganese raw materials are desirably pulverized before or after the raw materials are mixed to obtain the larger reacting cross-sectional area, and the weighed and mixed raw materials may be used as they are or by being granulated. A granulating method may be a wet method or a dry method.
