PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a constant amount of hot water at a prescribed temperature to a user side by providing a hot water supply passage for supplying hot water in a hot water storage tank to the user and a water supply passage for supplying water to a hot water producer. SOLUTION: When water level in a hot water storage tank 1 detected by the first and second electrodes 81 and 82 of a level sensor 8 is located at a prescribed high water level and the temperature of hot water in the tank 1 detected by a temperature sensor 80 is not higher than a preset and predetermined temperature, a three-way valve 6 is first switched based on a command from a controller 17 so that the hot water storage tank 1 communicates with a hot water producer 2. Further, a second drive pump 10 is driven by the controller 17 to circulate hot water between the tank 1 and the hot water producer 2 and supply the hot water at the prescribed temperature heated by the hot water producer 2 to the tank 1. Then, a first pump 4 is driven by the controller 17 so that hot water at the high water level in the tank 1 is supplied to a user U from a hot water supply passage 3. |
