PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress mutual interference between drawing information and facility information by separating managing the drawing information and facility information. SOLUTION: When data of a character, the discrimination of the character, and drawing coordinates are inputted as the drawing information data from a character input part 10 and a coordinate input part 12, a character information editing part 14 edits the character information and a system diagram editing part 16 edits the system diagram; and the edited data are stored in a main storage part 18 and also stored in a storage part 22. In a drawing information storage area of the storage part 22, the drawing information data of the character, the kind of the character, and drawing coordinates are stored and in a facility information storage area 28, operation information data on an operation range, notices of the operation, etc., are stored together with attribute data on the character, color, etc. Then an information management part 20 manages the drawing information data as information that departments in charge of the operation share and the facility information data are managed as data characteristic of the respective departments in charge of the operation separately from the drawing information data; and the drawing information data and facility information data are put together and an image based upon the composite data is displayed on the screen of a display part 24 as the drawing of the system facilities. |
