PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone set and a battery module in which the battery module is easily extracted and an extract means causes no deterioration to a contact part. SOLUTION: This telephone set consists of a case 11, a cap and a battery module 13 that is contained in the case 11 and keeps electric contact with the telephone set by at least one spring 14. The battery module 13 has a part 17 of the battery module 13, in contact with the spring 14 at a prescribed position in the case 11 and extract grips 30, 32 placed on the battery module 13 opposite to the part 17. The grips 30, 32 are formed by a tab 30 extending the main body of the battery module 11. The module is especially used for a mobile telephone set. |
