METHOD FOR ASSEMBLY OF POWER CABLE PROTECTION CONDUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the assembling method of a protection conduit unit which is suitable for piping which uses a piping device, in which one unit truck can be used repeatedly when the protection conduit unit is pushed into a tunnel and connected to an existing protection conduit unit. SOLUTION: An assembly device which consists of an assembly jig 22, composed of a pressure plate standing on one end of a base stand and an assembly frame 23 mounted separably on the base stand is employed. Cable protection conduits 9 are assembled outside a vertical shaft into a multiple row and multi- stage arrangement by the assembly frame 23 to construct a protection conduit unit 21. After that, the protection conduit unit 21 is separated from the assembly jig and suspended into the vertical shaft and loaded onto a unit track in the vertical shaft.
