PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a fixing device for regulating and fixing the position, direction and posture of an optical member such as prism which is used in the manufacturing process of an optical information recording device or the like, precisely regulate the position, direction and posture of the optical member, and efficiently irradiate an ultraviolet ray to fix the optical member. SOLUTION: The irradiation mechanism tip part 32 of an ultraviolet ray irradiation mechanism 30 is provided within the body 21 of a holding mechanism 20. A prism 10 is sucked to a holding part 21a by vacuuming of a vacuum pump P, the prism 10 is temporarily fixed to a base member 43 while regulating the position, direction and posture of the prism 10, and an ultraviolet ray is irradiated to an adhesive applied from the irradiation mechanism tip part 32 to a fixing part 42. Thus, the prism 10 is fixed to the fixing part 42. |
