PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system where the coverage distance between interfaces is extended without the need for detailed calculation of the length of a cable in a transmission line operated at a ultra-high transmission rate and the length of the cable is easily varied regardless of the same interface. SOLUTION: A transmitter side equipment 2 sends transmission data continuously based on a system clock from a clock distributer 1 and sends a test pattern for phase/synchronization adjustment under the control of a setting device 4. Phase adjustment circuits 32-1-32-n of a receiver side equipment 3 delay a data signal by 1n second each so as to correctly receive the data signal at an edge of the system clock from the clock distributer 1. Synchronization adjustment circuit 34-1-34-n correct deviation in bits of the data correctly received at the edge of the system clock in the unit of bits by phase adjustment circuits 31-1-33-n. |
