METHOD FOR MAKING PRINTER SYSTEM EXECUTE PRINTING, PRINTING EXECUTING METHOD, COMPUTER AND PRINTER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make executable the printing by automatically selecting another printer even when a fault occurs at a certain printer, by allocating a print job agent to a printer suitable for executing printing when executing printing through document monitor, and performing the printing at each printer. SOLUTION: Print data prepared by computers (1)3 and (2)5 are transmitted to printer systems (1)9, (2)11 and (3)13 as the print job agents while determining the printer system to print these data through document monitors (1)15a and (2)15b. At printer monitors (1)19a, (2)19b and (3)19c provided in the printer systems (1)9, (2)11 and (3)13, the print job agent is activated and the print job to be executed is executed. When all the printing are completed, the end of printing is reported to the document monitor as the transmission source of that print job agent.
