摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in an air conditioning system for radiating heat stored in a building frame in the overtime of air conditioning and using it for air conditioning that the quantity of heat stored of the building frame depends on conditions such as the thickness of concrete slab or the specification of thermal insulation thereof, time for effectively using the quantity of heat stored during air conditioning operation is limited because the quantity of heat stored is not sufficient and, accordingly, the quantity of heat radiation is not sufficient depending on these conditions and the quantity of heat stored cannot be used in time zone using most effectively it because heat radiation is completed after several hours from the use of heat stored upon start of air conditioning. SOLUTION: Which are composed of hollow parts 12 of a concrete slab building frame 4 disposed in proper positions of a path for conditioned air supplied from an air conditioner to a space to be air conditioned and returned from the space to be air conditioned to the air conditioner, latent heat storage materials 13 phase of which changes at normal temperature are arranged in the heat storage air passages or the building frame 4.
