PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide products of good quality at all times even when a predetermined quantity of coffee is stored before served, by setting an odor sensor for judging quality of extracted coffee changing with time. SOLUTION: A coffee quality-measuring apparatus 51 is composed of a plurality of kinds of odor sensors 52, an electric circuit 53, a computer 54 having a patterning means and a display means, etc. An electric signal of odor detected by the sensors 52 is sent to the computer 54 through the circuit 53 and processed through a patterning process. Fifteen kinds of ceramic semiconductor sensors 52 are mounted at a container B. The air including odor from a coffee 55 in a container A is supplied by an air pump 56 to the container B via a line 57, whereby a voltage of the sensors 52 change. The signal is sent to the computer 54 from the circuit 53 and subjected to patterning process. Since the odor sensors 52 are mounted in the quality-measuring apparatus 1, a quality change of the coffee can be detected in real time and it is easily detected when the quality change proceeds. |
