PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow another control equipment outside to easily refer to and apply the decoded streams by decoding a program stream in terms of a hard wire and decoding a transport stream. SOLUTION: When a TS selective control signal is inputted, transport stream data is stored in a transport stream FIFO buffer part 10. A PES decoder 15 decodes an the elementary stream of audio, video, etc., at a PES level to store in a PES buffer 16. A video decoder 5 and an audio decoder 8 decodes the inputted transport stream. When a PS selective control signal is inputted, program stream data is stored in a program stream FIFO buffer part 17. The decoder 15 outputs program stream data to the decoder 8 or 5. |
