PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optically connect optical components provided with an optical fiber in an opto-electronic device in accordance with the prescribed connection diagram by selecting some optical components to be connected, arranging them in good order, manufacturing end parts which are arranged in a tape mode, cutting and butting them, and achieving the tape fusion-welding between end parts of two systems. SOLUTION: Components 2-14 which are desired to be operated are selected first. The selected components 3-12 are divided into a first group 20 and a second group 30 in a manner so that they are arranged in the groups different from the group of optical components which are directly connected in accordance with the prescribed diagram. In the next stage, end parts of the components in the groups 20, 30 are arranged in good orders to form two systems 21, 31 of corresponding end parts. Then, the end parts are arranged in a condition where the end parts are arranged approximately on the same surface and parallel to each other, and finally, the fusion welding is achieved using a ribbon fuse-welding device in a final stage. A part for the next communication and the subsequent connection is formed between the systems 21, 31. |
