PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space of an induction heating unit. SOLUTION: A flat cup shaped insulator case 11 is mounted on a rear part of a heating chamber 1, and a magnetic flux is generated by supplying an rf current to a coil 13 wound around a back surface of the case 11 into a flat plate spiral shape to induction heat a flat plate ring shaped heater 12. Air in the heating chamber 11 is sucked in with a fan 17 and is fed to an outer periphery side, and it is brought into contact with a heater 12 and is returned to the heating chamber 1. Since with such a configuration the thin heater 12 is disposed interiorly together with the flat plate shaped coil 13, the heating unit 10 can be made thin. |
