The invention relates to an essentially inorganic foamed material which is produced by mixing two or more components, whereby at least one component is aqueous and acidic and contains water, phosphates or phosphoric acid as bonding agents. In addition, the second component at least contains polyvalent cations in a form which reacts with acid. These foamed materials contain a water binding substance for bonding an essential part of the water contained in the foamed material. |
