PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a proper timing and an order, by storing the attribute of a suction nozzle corresponding to electronic parts being mounted to a substrate and the attribute of an operation head for executing the mounting operation by sucking the electronic parts with the suction nozzle, and outputting a nozzle exchange timing. SOLUTION: A starting line '1' of a table is stored in a register Line and no nozzle '0' being retained at a head is stored in registers No1 and No2 (S1). A line number L1 and its nozzle number nn1 where the description of a placement nozzle for a head h1 is located at the start when viewed from a reference line 'Line' are obtained (S2). Then, it is judged whether a timing for simultaneously exchanging the nozzle of heads h1 and h2 is appropriate or not (S4). When a nozzle that is similar as before is specified, the register line is incremented in S10 if no conditions apply in the steps S4, S6, and S8. Further, it is confirmed that the maximum line has not been reached yet in S11, thus returning to S2 and repeating S2-S11. |
