<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device, which can be easily manipulated and does not require a vibration proof pedestal, for two-dimensional dialog move by providing a manipulator with a specified rotary switch. SOLUTION: A rod 1 of the rotary switch is in connected with a knob 2 and a diameter direction magnetizing disk 3 so as not to be rotated. This rod 1 is located at a 1st axial position and in contact with a switch 5 at the non- pressed position of the knob 2. When the knob 2 is axially pressed toward a 2nd axial position, at the same time, this rod 1 is pressed toward the lower 2nd axial position, and the switch 5 is operated. Concerning this device, by rotating the rotary switch at the 1st axial position, the dialog can be 1st- dimensionally moved and by rotating the rotary switch in the 2nd axial position, the dialog can be 2nd-dimensionally moved.</p> |
